Although most men wouldn’t admit it (I won’t either), there is always this urge to take a second look when a lady in a mini skirt passes by. Most do (I ….) except of course if they happen to be in the company of their wives or girlfriends. There is something about a pair of slim, smooth, shapely, long and spotless legs, which beats explanation....
But a pair of legs are just a pair of legs. They become a thing of beauty for one who appreciates art or beauty. And for one who has a dirty mind, they become a source of temptation (different strokes for different folks). Shakespeare rightly noted that, “there is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so”. Thus the evil attached to the mini is a function of the observer’s mind. A short dress, a long tight dress, a mini, a beautiful face, a shapely body, all have the same effect depending on what’s on the mind of the observer. “As a man thinketh in his heart so is he”.
